9/28/2008 -- Are your German hops such as tettnanger, and hallertauer, actually grown in Germany?

Response From Homebrew Heaven: Typically not, they are grown in the Yakima Valley in the state of Washington. Same varieties, just grown in different countries.

1/26/2008 -- I live about an hour (if traffic is good) from the address on your website. Do you have an actual store or is everything here based solely online?

12/24/2006 -- If a recipe calls for 30 grams of hallertau and 15 grams of tettnanger, and they come in a 2oz bag, how can you tell how much a gram is if you don't have a scale? About how many teaspoons?

Response From Homebrew Heaven: An ounce is approximately 28 grams, so in this example, use about 1 oz hallertauer and 1/2 oz tettnanger. You'll have to just estimate using your 2 oz bag. Use about 1/2 bag hallertauer, and 1/4 bag of tettnanger.

11/5/2006 -- I live in Seattle, can I come and pick up the bottles in Everett? Do you have a "brick and mortar" store?
