1/24/2005 -- Our company is dealing with the production of feelings, ripples, jams for confectionary.Mostly they are homogenous,but some of them have pieces of fruits or berry. Does it possible to use your test kits for measuring concentration of sulfur dioxide in such type of samples.

10/21/2004 -- How clear is this test kit for use with red wines? Is it easy to see the difference between the blue and red wine?
Response From Homebrew Heaven: Testing for SO2 is very easy to see, with either red or white wine.
Perhaps you are thinking of acid testing, which is more difficult with reds. (?)
9/2/2004 -- We have used acid testing titration kits for some time but find it difficult. Can you recommend an accurate, simple method or kit to use. Price is not a consideration.

4/19/2004 -- How many titrets contains one box? One titrets is for one use only?
How does this works? I would like to know if a wine (or a beer) contains Sulfite and if so how many sulfiet.
Is that possible with this titrets.

Response From Homebrew Heaven: There are 10 titrets (ampules) in each box, allowing for 10 tests.
To use, you take a sample of wine, and a color change from clear to deep blue is measured on the side of the titret.
