(Sanke Keg) • The dip tube is flared to help kit it from coming up thru the false bottom. • This design, even through it doesn’t fit tight against the sides of your kettle, is a cost effective way to all-grain brew. • If the dip tube is too close to the bottom, the flow can be restricted. Using a stainless steel hose clamp above the false bottom and around the dip tube will keep the dip tube up off the kettle (see detail). • A 3/8 Comp.
