
Oregon Fruit Purees have been sterilized and are ready to use. Available in cherry peach apricot raspberry blueberry. Since the seeds etc have been removed, these purees are quite concentrated.
If using in a beer, always use the fruit purees in the primary or secondary fermenter. Never boil the purees.
