8/11/2009 -- Do you still carry 16" plastic funnels? thanks
Response From Homebrew Heaven: No, I'm sorry. We haven't been able to get those for some time.
7/21/2009 -- I've gotta say, i love your site, whoever is the webmaster/designer deserves a pat on the back.
(1) If i was to just buy a 3 gallon bottle (the kind you buy at a grocery store to dispense water at home) would i have to worry about flavors from one batch carrying over to another batch?
(2) What size stopper do the one gallon jugs take? . . .
Response From Homebrew Heaven: Thank you. We work hard on our website, and it's nice to hear that it shows!
1) Probably not. As long as it's food grade, it should be good unless you decide to make pickles in it or something silly like that. We can't speak for all plastic water jugs, of course. 3 gallons isn't very big, either. With the foaming that occurs during fermentation . . .
1/26/2008 -- I live about an hour (if traffic is good) from the address on your website. Do you have an actual store or is everything here based solely online?
Response From Homebrew Heaven: Yes, we have an actual brick-and-mortar store in Everett, WA. People actually walk in and buy stuff!
Our address is:
Homebrew Heaven
9109 Evergreen Way
Everett, WA 98204
Here is a video of our shop:

Heck, you can actually call us on the phone, too! It's 425-355-8865. A person will . . .
7/25/2007 -- I've used your funnel with the screen in place when transfering the wort from the boil into the fermenter. The screen always seems to get clogged. Is there a better way to filter out the hop pellet particles / trub?
Response From Homebrew Heaven: Not really. Hop pellet particles just do that. There is no harm whatsoever in transferring them to your fermenter, however. They will settle out naturally. Just siphon away the good stuff!
6/27/2006 -- Do the plastic funnels for brewing come with screens in them? If so are the screens a fine mesh?
Also do you sell a sight glass for a keg that can be mounted on the side? I need to know the fluid level in my boiler.
Response From Homebrew Heaven: Yes, they come with screens that are "relatively" fine mesh.
So far, we haven't found a sight glass that we are happy with.
4/15/2006 -- Is the price of $8.95 for the 10" funnel just for one?
Thanks
Response From Homebrew Heaven: Yes it is.
1/17/2005 -- Do these funnels (specifically the larger diameter ones) fit on the top of 6 gallon carboys? We have two glass 6 gallon carboys and only one 6 gallon plastic bucket... we were hoping to be able to pour straight from the brewpot into the funnel/strainer and right into a carboy instead of a bucket. The large diameter funnel we found at a local . . .
Response From Homebrew Heaven: The 8" diameter (and smaller) all fit into the opening of the 6 gallon carboy. The larger ones don't.
