I am going to buy a wine making kit and instead of bottling I was thinking of using 1 gallon glass jugs. I found these wine bags and wondered if I could use the bags instead of bottles. Do I have to buy a tap for each bag or can I order extra bags and store the bags of wine until i use them. How would I store the wine once bagged? any advice appreciated ...thanks...

Yes, either bottles or the wine waiter bags will work just fine. Some people like to age their wine in corked bottles, but I feel that for "everyday" wine, the bags do a very good jobs.
Each bag has a spigot, so there is no need to buy more spigots unless you are re-using the bags. That can be done too, of course.
The bagged wine should be store just like any wine bottle. Cooler temperatures are best, but room temps will work just fine too.
