SANITATION leading to sanitarium.
Do I realy need to use sanitizer in CLEAN bottles that just went through the super hot dishwasher with a tini bit of bleach?
dishwasher cool down and bottle same day.

Probably not. Re-sanitizing seems like overkill to me.
Yes, we like to taste customer beers. There are a few times when we are extremely busy, but even then we can usually work it in.

Iodophor Sanitizer - 4oz OR 32oz sizes
-- General purpose, effective sterilizer. It is one of the safest and fastest sanitizer we know of, and does not need to be rinsed (just air dry). a 4 oz bottle makes about 40 gallons of sanitizer at 12.5 ppm dilution ( bottle may vary from pic shown)
