Are Dry Yeasts Really OK?
| Beer Brewing / Dry Beer Yeasts | X |
|
Dry
brewing yeasts are an excellent way to brew. They take little or no
preparation prior to adding your wort. Dry yeasts are inexpensive,
and of MUCH better quality than they used to be. We use dry yeasts
in all of our Homebrew Heaven Ingredient Kits.
Be sure
to use at least 10 grams of dry yeast per 5 gallon batch. You
cannot use too much yeast when making beer.
