9/10/2005 -- We picked some of our eastern grapes at very low brix ~15 and 3.1 ph (japanese beetles hurt the vines and the berries were not gaining sugar). We added sugar to make a 11.5% wine. We need an additive for color and body. Will dried elderberries help this wine?
