malt extract is unhopped liquid malt syrup, made from choice
barley. The malt sugars are extracted from the grains, and can be
used in this convenient form.
We sell
more Bulk Malt Extract than all the canned extracts combined. A
great North American product at a great price. No adjuncts or
coloring are added to this syrup. This allows the home brewer
maximum flexibility in formulating your own personal recipes. Your
choice of pale, amber, dark and wheat allows great
flexibility.
